Julia De Petrillo
Julia has always had a passion for movement, from figure skating as a child to strength training, hiking and taking long walks in nature. She fell in love with Pilates for its ability to enhance core strength, mobility, and body awareness, inspiring her to deepen her practice. While working in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition-where she is driven by a passion for teaching and helping others grow-she completed her Mat and Reformer training with Merrithew’s STOTT PILATES® method.
Julia’s teaching style blends the precision of STOTT PILATES® with an athletic twist, focusing on controlled, dynamic movements to enhance strength, endurance, and flexibility. Whether you’re aiming to improve posture, build core strength, or level up your fitness routine, her classes are designed to challenge and empower. She believes Pilates is everyone and is dedicated to helping others feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.
