Bella Belbrik
Bella’s connection to movement began in her childhood as an equestrian, where she developed a natural awareness of posture, balance, and presence. As she grew, her fitness journey evolved from strength training to yoga, eventually leading her to Pilates ;a practice she instantly connected with on a deeper level.
She didn’t just fall in love with Pilates as a workout, but with the lifestyle that surrounds it: intentional movement, nourishing the body, living actively, and cultivating a grounded and confident sense of self.
Alongside her work as a Pilates instructor, Bella works in contract negotiation, where discipline, clarity, and precision are essential qualities that shape her teaching approach.
Her classes focus on deep core activation, beautiful posture, fluid transitions, and precise alignment, combined with strength and mindful intensity. Bella encourages her students to move with purpose, build strength from within, and develop a meaningful connection with their bodies.
