Elle est tomb\u00e9e amoureuse du Pilates pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la force centrale, la mobilit\u00e9 et la conscience du corps, ce qui l&rsquo;a incit\u00e9e \u00e0 approfondir sa pratique. Tout en travaillant dans le domaine des ressources humaines et de l&rsquo;acquisition de talents - o\u00f9 elle est anim\u00e9e par la passion d&rsquo;enseigner et d&rsquo;aider les autres \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir - elle a suivi une formation au tapis et au Reformer avec la m\u00e9thode STOTT PILATES\u00ae de Merrithew.  <\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div>Le style d&rsquo;enseignement de Julia allie la pr\u00e9cision du STOTT PILATES\u00ae \u00e0 une touche athl\u00e9tique, en se concentrant sur des mouvements contr\u00f4l\u00e9s et dynamiques pour am\u00e9liorer la force, l&rsquo;endurance et la souplesse. Que vous cherchiez \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer votre posture, \u00e0 renforcer vos muscles ou \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer votre condition physique, ses cours sont con\u00e7us pour vous mettre au d\u00e9fi et vous donner de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.
