Coming from a fitness and personal training background, she brings strength, knowledge, and great energy into every class she teaches. Her sessions focus on building a strong core, improving control and alignment, and creating a deeper mind–body connection.

Clients can expect a challenging workout that delivers a great burn while helping them feel stronger, more stable, and more connected to their bodies. Dem strongly believes Pilates is for everyone and loves seeing how it improves both physical strength and overall quality of life.
